Pacepacker have always kept abreast of modern design and manufacturing techniques. Todays systems are designed using a combination of 2D & 3D software packages.

 

 

 

 

Manufacturing

The latest technologies and machinery are utilised to manufacture our products, including water jet cutter, CNC Punching, CNC Laser Cutting / Profiling and CNC forming - these are interfaced to our 2D & 3D CAD systems.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aswell as using traditional MIG welding for everyday applications, stainless and aluminium welding (a specialist discipline) required for certain aspects of our business, use the latest computerized inverter TIG welding equipment and highly skilled staff are used to ensure the highest quality results.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All stages of a product’s manufacturing process is tracked via a custom manufacturing database system so that full Q.A. and traceability is available if required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is still a place in modern manufacturing for skilled manual labour, especially when it comes to special or bespoke designs. We have some of the best with experience in all aspects of sheet metal work and fabrications.
