News - Basic Sealing System

As well as offering fully automated turnkey solutions, Pacepacker Services Ltd are able to provide a range of independent bag sealing systems.

One of these systems has recently been shipped to Ireland for use on agricultural produce and provides an excellent cost effective solution.

As with all Pacepacker equipment, it is fully modular and can be upgraded at any time in the future to incorporate items such as a sack placer.

Systems comprise:

• Vee Track Conveyor.

• Belt Conveyor.

• Choice Of Sack Top Presenter.

• Medium Duty Stitcher.

• Heavy Duty Stitcher.

• Hot Air Heat Sealer.

• Band Sealer.

• Radiant Heat Sealer.

• Pinch Bottom Sealer.

The conveyors can be fixed height, but for total flexibility most clients prefer to have an height adjustable frame. 

If required, any of the above items can be supplied as a separate stand-a-lone unit to work with your existing system.
