Not only do Pacepacker Services Ltd design and manufacture their own products, they also partner other manufacturers allowing them to put together complete turnkey systems using clients preferred suppliers.

One such system was for one of the biggest chocolate manufacturers worldwide and required them to project manage a complete packing system.

This involved working to the clients specific in-house standards and policies that required Pacepacker Services Ltd to design a completely bespoke set of equipment.

The system consisted of an electronic nett weighing machine, Sack Placer and Total Bag Control system with crepe tape applicator. An indexing system was also implemented to maximise the length of the conveyor and turn it into a storage area for finished bags.

All equipment was manufactured to food grade standards and was on mobile base frames so that it could be transported from one production line to another easily.
