One such recent system has both of these items fitted and works in conjunction with a C21 sack placer, sack top fold over unit. The clients existing sewing head was incorporated into the system to keep the cost of investment to a minimum.

As with many flour systems, this one was installed in a very old building and required careful project management as all of the equipment, both old and new, had to be passed through a window on the first floor.

Once again, this project was to replace an existing Pacepacker system that needed upgrading to the new, improved and proven Total Bag Control system to provide better reliability and quality for their range of products.
