At Pacepacker Services, as our name suggests, we put a high emphasis on customer service and support.

We will work with you through selection, specification, installation, commissioning, training, servicing and support, for the lifetime of your Pacepacker system.

A key feature of all Pacepacker machinery has always been “upgradability.” Even on very old machines we can supply modification or upgrade kits to either replace obsolete components or improve operation.

We can provide regular servicing, technical support, breakdown cover and spare parts to keep your Pacepacker plant running smoothly for many, many years.

We can also provide training for maintenance personnel and have just invested in a fully operational robotic palletiser training and demonstration facility at our Gt. Bardfield works.
