Low Level Palletiser

Overview

Pacepacker Services are building on the reputation of the F1 low level Palletiser, using the considerable experience gained over twenty years of development in a variety of industries both at home and abroad. The F1 low level palletiser is one of the most versatile machines in its price range, packing sacks of all sizes, boxes, pre-packs and cartons in a very controlled and neat pallet that can meet today’s stringent quality control. EXCEPTIONAL ON ALL AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS.

All components are of the highest standard whilst maintaining a low overall machine cost and the new user interface sets new standards in ease of use and accessibility.

Control System

Systems are supplied with a control panel containing a PLC which links to the Palletiser via a simple to use touch screen.

Stacking Patterns & Pallet Specifications

Up to fifteen different stacking patterns can be stored in the PLC, with a finished pallet height between 1,600mm – 2,000mm high. The Pallet Magazine can hold up to 500Kg of empty pallets (1,500mm x 1,200mm in size maximum).

Packing Speeds

The F1 low level palletiser can stack a maximum of 12 bags per minute if the optional Intermediate layer plate is fitted and 8 bags per minute without it.

Sack Specification

Most commercial quality paper, plastic, WPP and laminated sacks are acceptable, providing they are in good condition and are presented neatly. The maximum size of a palletised item is 900mm x 450mm x 300mm and each layer must weigh no more than 250Kg.

Electrical Requirements

Standard: 380/415V, 50/60 Hertz 3 Phase and neutral at 40 amps. Total Power 15Kw, alternatives can be accommodated.

Air Requirements

Cool, clean, dry air at 6 bar (90 PSI) at 27Litres (1 CuFt) per cycle. I.e. 12 cfm at 12 sacks/min 20mm (3/4”) supply pipe minimum.
