Operation

To enhance the Pacepacker range of products at higher production rates we are now able to offer  a bag form, fill and seal machine.

Due to simultaneous operations, an increase in power has been achieved without compromising quality. The machine cuts, seals and doses while the plastic / foil is transported continuously.

By eliminating Starting and Stopping of the film feed,  each operating cycle leads to maximum process reliability and minimum wastage. The high technical concept of this machine enables reliable good quality results time after time on all imaginable plastic, foil or combinations.

Control System
An industrial PC is at the heart of the system with a 10.4" square touch screen to guarantee high speed operation with reliability. The system as easy to use controls and has in built diagnostics. Up to 1,000 products codes can be stored to enable fast changeover. The system is driven by intelligent servo and frequency controlled drives.

Integration
This system can be integrated into your production system by using the following features:

- process data control.

- self optimising in feed control.

- integrated display of printer devices etc.

- high speed and reliable process.

Packing Speeds
Packing speeds depend on bag sizes and products, but the maximum throughput is 60 bags per minute. Bags can be formed in to flat, gusseted or block bottom design and even have handles put in them. Maximum bag sizes are 700mm wide, 1,200mm long or 130 litres.

Weigher / Volumteric Feeder
The dosing unit can be either weighing or volumetric type with a feedback system from a check weigher to make minor adjustments and reduce product give away.

Products

This system is well suited to most products, but especially peat, compost, wood pellets, salt, soil, bark, sand and aggregates due to its rugged design.
