Pick Conveyors

To compliment our range of end effectors for sacks and bags (shown above) we make pick conveyors (stations) to be positioned at the end of your production line. This is where the robot collects the bag / sack.

Automatic Pallet Dispensing

As an alternative to having an operator remove finished pallets and placing empty ones, a pallet dispensing system with conveyors can be used. Empty pallets can be placed into the cell by either the robot or by a dedicated pallet dispenser.

Slip Sheet Applicator

Slip sheets can also be placed on empty pallets automatically, by the robot or by a dedicated unit. A roll of thin polythene or stack of rigid sheets are loaded in to the system and placed automatically as pallets are dispensed.
