We firmly believe that customer satisfaction and customer care are the most important aspects of our business and you can be rest assured that we will endeavour to help you in any way we can.

To enable you to get the best return from your investment, we have our own fully trained engineers who can install, commission, maintain & service your equipment to ensure that it operates to the best of it's potential.

The frequency of recommended servicing and tuning will depend of the usage of the machinery and the products that you are handling, but normally we recommend that systems are serviced annually and tuned up after six months. From experience have found that this maintenance schedule dramatically reduces breakdowns and the loss of production associated with them.

We also offer FREE telephone support so that our engineers can help you to identify and resolve problematic issues quickly.

In house engineers also have access to the latest support technology that enable them to connect to your equipment via 3G or GPRS connection* for remote diagnostics.

* where installation permits by installation of suitable equipment in control system and 3G / GPRS signal available.
