Service agreements are tailored to suit
each client (such as number of visits or spares held etc), but are based
on the following structure : |

»No Agreement |

Servicing and breakdown repairs are
supplied on demand as and when you call us, however clients with service
agreements will take priority over those without. Response time to
breakdowns could take up to 72 hours from reporting the fault.

Free telephone support and fault diagnosis with our engineers.

Travel time charged @ £35 per hour both directions, servicing charged
@ £45 per hour.

»Basic Service Agreement |

Priority scheduling of regular service visits (normally 2 per annum).

Priority response to breakdowns, average response time is within 48
hours of reporting the fault.

Free telephone support and fault diagnosis with our engineers.

Zoned travel and flat rate servicing charges that work out
significantly cheaper than our standard rates.

hours of reporting the fault.

You purchase a standard kit of recommended spare parts from us for
emergency breakdowns to allow speedy repair of faulty equipment by
yourself or our engineers.

Regular system tune-up by our engineers to ensure equipment is
operating continuously at its best (normally every 1-3 months).

Priority response to breakdowns, average response time is within 24
hours of reporting the fault.

Zoned travel and flat rate servicing charges that work out
significantly cheaper than our standard rates.

You purchase an enhanced kit of recommended spare parts from us for
emergency breakdowns to allow speedy repair of faulty equipment by
