F1 Low Level Palletiser

Pacepacker Services Ltd recently completed a palletising installation for RG’s Produce in Norfolk, who have featured on “Rick Stein’s Food Hero’s” programme on BBC television. The F1 Palletiser is ideal for use on agricultural produce because of their irregular shape, and produces a very neat, stable pallet with minimal damage to the product because of the way the stack is created.

The F1 Palletiser installation was the final link in this production line after a Pacepacker T21M Sackplacer & TBC system had been previously supplied and installed. The complete system is operated fully automatically with minimal operator intervention to maximise the efficiency of the plant.

Total Bag Control (TBC)

One of our latest sack closing systems have been installed at flour millers G.R.Wright & Sons Ltd of Enfield, London. The new system has provided increased reliability and efficiency required for a new product range, “we have had a long association with Pacepacker and are delighted with the quality and performance of this new system” Says Alan Cave (mill manager).

The new system was installed on time and with minimum disruption to the busy production schedule. Packing a variety of bag sizes and weights the “TBC” is very easily adjustable and includes bag “jogging” (or “possing”) to settle the product, dust reduction and sack top fold-over prior to stitching.

Since pulse cleaners, Askew and Barrett Ltd of Marshland St. James, Cambridgeshire purchased a Pacepacker TBC, it has completely rejuvenated their marrowfat pea packing operation. “We are absolutely delighted with our new Pacepacker system. It has exceeded all our requirements and we will definitely be looking at installing more Pacepacker equipment in the future” says Darryl Askew (Director) .

The new Pacepacker system allows automatic placing and closing on all bag types and sizes, but retaining a manual placement option for very poor quality woven polypropylene sacks. This gives Askew and Barrett complete flexibility and reliability, coupled with improved efficiency and increased output.
