Field Service Engineer
We require a Field Service Engineer to travel throughout the UK
with some possible overseas visits from time to time. Applicants must be
willing to travel and stay away from home for periods up to a week or
occasionally longer. Weekend work is kept to a minimum but still
required on occasions.
Typical site visits include installation of new equipment, servicing,
relocating equipment and resolving breakdowns. This is a customer facing
role where people skills are important as you will also need to conduct
post installation customer training.
Our products range from conveyors through to robotic equipment,
installed in a broad band of industries from farms to excavation sites
and food processing facilities.
Applicants must have good electromechanical knowledge (including
pneumatics, contactors, inverters etc) and have a practical diagnostic
ability to resolve problems. Experience of PLC's and robotics
would be an advantage, but not essential.
Qualifications are not essential for the right candidate as experience
will be considered.
Full training will be given on the
specialist range of products we supply.
Production
Engineer
Due to retirement, a position has become
available in our new production workshop.
This position would be ideally suited for
someone seeking a new career who has the willingness to learn new
skills. They should be enthusiastic, reliable, dependable and flexible.
Hands on experience is more important than
qualifications and you must have general workshop skills and be aware of
health and safety in the workplace. Applicants should have their own
basic toolkit.
This position is consists of a variety of
work, full training will be given. |
